Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting independent artists. Because each piece is original and often one-of-a-kind, please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

All Sales Are Final

All original artwork sold through our online store is final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for original artworks due to their unique nature.

Damaged or Defective Artwork

If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, we are committed to making it right.

• You must notify us within 5 days of delivery
   

• Please email barbaramumby1@gmail.com with:
   

  • Your order number
     

  • A description of the issue
     

  • Clear photos of the artwork, packaging, and shipping box
     

If damage occurred during shipping, we will work with you to:

• Offer a full refund, or
   

• Provide an alternative resolution where possible
   

Refunds for damaged items will be processed once the claim is approved.

Lost Shipments

If your artwork is lost in transit, please contact us at barbaramumby1@gmail.com. We will initiate a shipping claim and keep you informed throughout the process.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Original artwork
   

• Custom or commissioned pieces
   

• Artwork marked as “Final Sale”
   

Color & Display Disclaimer

We make every effort to accurately represent artwork through photographs and descriptions. However, colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, or display differences. These variations do not qualify as damage or defect.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days after approval. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

All orders are shipped via UPS. We do not ship using alternative carriers at this time.

Shipping & Handling Costs

Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges.
Shipping costs are calculated after checkout based on:

• Package size and weight
   

• Shipping destination
   

• Selected UPS service level
   

All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 5–10 business days after payment is received. Original artwork requires careful handling and secure packaging, which may affect processing time.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary based on location and the UPS service selected at checkout. Estimated delivery dates are provided by UPS and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Insurance & Risk of Loss

All shipments are insured during transit. Responsibility for the artwork transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery by UPS.

If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 5 days of delivery (or expected delivery date for lost packages) so we can assist with a UPS claim.
 

Packaging

All artwork is professionally packed to ensure safe delivery. Handling costs reflect the time, materials, and care required to ship original artwork securely.
